Responsibilites

To co coordinators with Product Group andSales on product and quarterly promotion plan.

Independently plan the most effective salespromotion and advertising program for each DIY that will drive sales and notcreating competition with other sales channel.

Plan should build up ***** brand awarenessin the market.

Develop PR program with incremental salescontribution with the DIY chain.

Close liaison with Regional Managers andDIY sales staff

Develop a promotion evaluation standards tomonitor the Saleand financial 

impact.

7.  Comprehensive understanding of each DIYpractices and our term with them. 

Frequent visitation to individual DIYstore.

Accountable and meet the DIY KPI

Requirement

Associate degree holder and above.

Minimum 3 years experience in DIY salesmanagement

Analytical and a good planner

Effective communicator and presenter, withsound knowledge of PPT creation

Proficient in spoken and written English
