Major Responsibilities

Superviseoperator to carry out commissioning and startup activities

Superviseoperators to complete production plan, be responsible for day to day productionof PUR, maintain smooth, effective, stable, safe production.

Assistanceproduction supervisor on the training to operators, including productionprocess training, HSEQ training.

Takecare of daily HSEQ issues of operator team to meet the company regulation onenvironment, health, safety and quality.

Makecontinuous improvement on daily operation

Leadthe team to complete raw material unloading and finished product uploading.

Supportother team when there is necessary.

Performother ad hoc tasks when required. 

Job Requirement

Bachelor’sDegree or similar in chemical or chemical engineer 

Above5 years working experience at production function in chemical plant. 2 yearsshift head experience is preferable.

Goodknowledge of HSEQ is required

Capabilityof handling equipment, instruments and processes according to oral or writtenpatterns

Experiencedin leading a team and working in the control room,PLC,DCS.

Cando basic communication in English, especially at reading

Goodteam work spirit.

Canwork in shift.
