Main Responsibilities:

- Implementsales strategies to optimize growth, market share and profitability to meet orexceed BMS short and long-term business objectives in responsible area set byArea Manager. 

- To acquire andmaintain effective and successful relationships with existing customers.

- Activelypromoting BMS products to new customers (projects), applications andindustries. Find new market opportunities. 

- Implementpricing strategies of products sold to the industry within the agreed limitsprovided by country Head/Area manager. Provide accurate sales forecast and takecare of customer's payment.

- Support Areamanager on marketing activities when requested

Qualificationand Requirements:

- Minimum 3years sales and marketing experiences preferably in polymer industry;

- Fluency inspoken/written English and Mandarin/Cantonese;

- BachelorDegree in chemical or business discipline;

- Creativity/Initiative and implement of sales strategies and plan;

- Soundknowledge in customers, competitive products, applications and processes;

- Goodinterpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levelsinternally and externally.
