Major tasks and responsibilities
Perform recruitment activities to meet corporate developmentand business needs.
Liaise with line managers of business units regarding job descriptions,profiles, CV screening, interview process and company recruiting events.
Conduct frontline recruiting activities for all businessunits, including but not limited to recruiting channel development &maintenance
Negotiate the offer with the candidates and follow issuesuntil candidates report to work.
Proactively build talent pools / Track and report recruitingstatus.
Manage relationships and communications with variousrecruitment service providers.
Formulate, evaluate and improve recruitment process and effectiveness
Based on necessary analysis to enhance service quality tointernal customers; centralize the recruitment related documents
Setup and maintain effective recruitment network and keepclose relationship with Bayer other legal entities
Work with cross functional HR team and support other HR Projects
Qualification
Bachelor degree with at least 5 years solid experience inrecruitment field in MNC
Experienced in large scale of recruitment and be familiarwith the talent market.
Well versed with HR practices, labor law, government policyand procedure.
Very good communication and interpersonal skill with abilityto work closely with hiring managers
Customer orientated and service minded with determination tocomplete difficult recruitment assignment within given timeframe
Initiative, down to earth, analytical and strategic thinkingas well
Excellent English skill and good command of MS Office
