Responsibilities:
岗位职责
1. Process invoice in ERP system. Assistaccountants to solve the problematic invoices.
在ERP系统中输入发票信息,协助会计处理有问题的发票
2. Check and approve the invoice processedin ERP system.
在ERP系统中检查并批准已输入的发票信息
3. Require statement from supplier andreconcile with system data.
与供应商沟通取得对帐单,并与系统中的数据核对
4. Prepare weekly/monthly tracker reportsas required.
根据要求提交跟踪报表
5. Cooperate with accountant to file thedocuments.
协助会计进行文件归档
6. Other ad hoc jobs assigned by supervisoror accountant.
完成主管和会计交给的任务
Requirements:
要求
1. College graduation and above, withprimary accounting knowledge.
大专及以上学历,有基本财务知识.
2. Be careful, diligent, and modest enough;with high passion to job and life.
严谨, 勤奋, 学习能力强,对工作生活保持积极态度.
3. Proficient in office software Excel,Word; typing speed 120 words/minute at least.
精通Excel, Word等办公软件,电脑字符输入速度在每分钟120字以上.
4. Good communication skill in Chinese; canread English materials and write email in English.
中文沟通能力强,能看懂英文文件和用英文发送邮件.
