职务范畴：                                                                                                          Job Scope:

负责本区域专业音响产品客户（业主/设计院/集成商）的开发和管理,获得项目合作机会；负责本区域内工程项目开发、竞标、跟踪和管理工作等，最终达成区域销售目标。

Responsible for professional system products customer’ （Owner/ Designinstitute/integrators ）development and management,obtain project cooperation opportunity;

Follow up projects exploration/ bidder/tracking; finally achieve theregional sales targets.

贯彻和执行公司的专业产品销售策略和政策。完成公司专业产品在本区域内下达的各项销售目标（销售额、利润率等）；

Implement and execute the company's sales strategies and policies.Achieve the sales target of all product lines within the area（ sales andprofit,）

推动和支持经销商完成销售目标；配合经销商进行竞、招、投标；

Support distributors to succeed in the match and bid, finally achievethe sales target 

发现新的业务机会，培育开发本区域市场，获得项目信息；

Find new business opportunities, foster the markets and obtain projectinformation；

市场竞争对手的信息获得，对公司专业产品在本区域内的销售前景进行分析，并建议应对策略；

Evaluate market and competitors situation; analyze the potential marketsand propose the selling strategies. 

对设计师、专家进行产品推荐，寻找和开发新项目；

Recommend the PRO products to designers and experts; explore newprojects. 

及时完成公司要求的各类业务报表，包括销售日、周、月报表、项目管理表、销售产品预测表等

Prepare a variety of status reports to the schedule, including salesdaily/monthly/ /project management/products forecast reports 

定期向公司反馈直接用户、经销商、行业专家对公司的合理要求（交货期、安装、调试质量、售后服务等）

Regularly collect  the directfeedback from final users, distributors and industry experts to the company, asdelivery date/installation/Testing quality/Customer service 

上级主管安排的其它相关工作。

 EducationalQualification

学历Educational Background：大学本科以上学历Bachelor degree or above 

相关专业 Relevant Major ： 理工类专业Science/technologyor other related majors 

经    验:

 ProfessionalExperience

具备5年以上相关工作经验。

Above 5 years related working experience 

具有管理经销商的经验；

Experience with distributor management 

具备工程项目管理经验；

Project management experience 

Professional sound industry product orthe relevant product sales experience preferred 

知识技能技巧

Knowledge\ Skills\Abilities

英语听说读写能力优秀，英语大学六级或以上优先

Conversant in English, both spoken and written, CET-6 passerpreferred  

熟练掌握Office办公软件，如PPT，Excel，Word等

Master office software, such as, excel, word and PowerPoint 

具有基本的销售分析能力

With basic sales analysis ability 

良好的销售和谈判技巧

Good sales and negotiating skills
