负责区域商用和酒店业务销售目标的管理和实现;商用和酒店业务的洽商和项目实施过程的跟踪管理。
Responsible for Regional BMS and Hospitality Products sales managementand achieve the sales target; Responsible for following up and negotiation inBMS and Hospitality projects
负责本区域内酒店工程项目开发、竞标、跟踪和管理工作等,最终达成区域销售目标。
Follow up Hospitality projects exploration/ bidder/tracking; finallyachieve the regional sales targets.
具体的职责描述:Job Responsibilities
贯彻和执行区域内的酒店项目专业产品销售策略和政策。完成公司专业产品在本区域内下达的各项销售目标(销售额、利润率、经销商开发数量、质量等);
Implement and execute the company's sales strategies and policies of Hospitalityprojects. Achieve the sales target of all product lines within the area( sales andprofit, distributor quantity and quality)
发现新的业务机会,和设计师、国际酒店管理集团、开发商等建立良好合作关系,培育开发本区域市场,获得项目信息;
Find new business opportunities, establish good relationship with designers,international hotel management group, developers , foster the markets andobtain project information;
市场竞争对手的信息获得,对公司专业产品在本区域内的销售前景进行分析,并建议应对策略;
Evaluate market and competitors situation; analyze the potential marketsand propose the selling strategies.
对设计师、专家进行产品推荐,寻找和开发新项目;
Recommend the PRO products to designers and experts; explore newprojects.
参与建议并推进实施相关的广告宣传计划或各类推广活动;
Participate andpropose related marketing plan and marketing activities
执行其他可能随时分配之相关的任务
