Principle Accountabilities:

Call corrective action review meeting periodically, and provide correction action plans to customer whenever necessary.
On going monitoring of process & product quality trend by applying statistical control techniques as appropriate & ensure proper control limit is available on each chart for control.
New product pilot run follow up and verification.
To formulate quality instruction, plan, procedure for leaders, inspectors and the activities related to QA.
Conduct regular quality meeting including CIP meeting with all related departments on product & system quality to improve product quality.
Response to customers’ feedback on product quality issues so as to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity.
Provide quality reports and data to customers whenever necessary.
Verify the implementation of solution to either customer’s feedback or to process improvement.
To constantly seek solutions to all quality problems through quality meetings.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics engineering
3 years experience of QA QE experience
Has profound power supply experience
Good understanding of electronic or mechanical components like, Transformer PCB. Plastics. metal, LCD, RCL and etc.
Good understanding of electronic or mechanical assembly, 2 years experience on SMT process is preferred
Good command written English. Preferable in spoken English.
Personal Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Be familiar with ISO 9000
Be skilled in Cpk, QC 7 tools, MSA, FMEA
NPI experience as CQE
