Major Responsibilities
Supervise operator to carry out commissioning and startup activities
Supervise operators to complete production plan, be responsible for day to day production of PUR, maintain smooth, effective, stable, safe production.
Assistance production supervisor on the training to operators, including production process training, HSEQ training.
Take care of daily HSEQ issues of operator team to meet the company regulation on environment, health, safety and quality.
Make continuous improvement on daily operation
Lead the team to complete raw material unloading and finished product uploading.
Support other team when there is necessary.
Perform other ad hoc tasks when required.
 
 
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree or similar in chemical or chemical engineer
Above 5 years working experience at production function in chemical plant. 2 years shift head experience is preferable.
Good knowledge of HSEQ is required
Capability of handling equipment, instruments and processes according to oral or written patterns
Experienced in leading a team and working in the control room,PLC,DCS.
Can do basic communication in English, especially at reading
Good team work spirit.
Can work in shift.
