Essential Duties
Sales Strategy Plan
-Formulate sales strategy; Develop sales
-Forecast and plan, budget and manpower plan
-Achieve sales objectives in the region.
Develop & Maintain Distributors
-Develop new distributor in new market and maintain relationships with current distributors and customers.
Training Of Staff And Distributors
-Provide training to all distributors in respect of company information, technologies and products; Conduct training for sales staff.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
-Implement the company’s strategy concerning brand and market image; Suggest the company to organize various activities of product promotion and brand popularization.
Sales Reports & Analysis
-Report the information about market changes, marketing strategies of competitors and other market information. Advise management on consumer trends and feedback.
Retail Network
-Develop retail network in the region according to sales strategy and plans.
Expenditure Control
-Examine and report the expenditure norms of distributors and staff.

Experience
-More than 5 years in managing a sales team engaged in building material, sanitary, furniture, decoration material or consumable products, etc
-Fluent Mandarin, Good English skill
-Be Familiar with MS-Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
