ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Grow and develop an Asia sales team primarily focused on China Markets
-Work with Product Management to develop appropriate solutions to meet the needs of identified focus markets
-Prepare and execute the sales strategy to target the right customers and grow brand presence in the market
-Collect, update and analyze market information/trends, customer needs and monitor competitor activities
-Develop/Grow Key and Target accounts for China market with sales and technical structure to support
-Coordinates commercial affairs, projects follow-up, technical communication, delivery and after-sales issues
-Performs any other duties that may be assigned by Global Vice President
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least 5years sales experience with multi-national company, preferable in power industry. Well experience in technical sales and managing all the commercial issues
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-Complete fluency in English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing
-Good team-work spirit, be good at coordination and negotiation skills
-Be able to work independently and under pressure
-Presentable, mature, proactive, self-motivated, aggressive, adaptable, performance-driven and detail-minded.
