On Strategic Level策略方面

Developoverall business strategy as a member of the China Management Team withparticular focus on securing a dominant long term market position in therapidly growing developer and kitchen channels.

On Executional Level执行方面

OverallP&L responsibility for sales to property developers and kitchenmanufacturers.

Deliverquarterly and annual top and bottom line results in accordance with budget andstrategic plan

Develop relationshipswith leading property developers and kitchen manufacturers through focusedaccount planning for future close-up business cooperation with Top 10 China KeyDevelopers 

Develop contacts andmaintain network with key European personnel from Electrolux in order toassure  smooth supply of product and toleverage best practice in working with the kitchen channel and propertydevelopers.

Provide support to, andthereby secure the business of, Electrolux customers from other parts of theworld who are seeking to establish operations in China

Ensure the recruitment,development and retention of high quality salespeople, by implementing soundmanagement practices, and other support programs

Build ahigh performing sales team to deliver rapid growth in developer and kitchen channels. Direct theoperational management of the sales to maximize productivity.  

Optimizeselling cost by implementing clear expense management policies, budgets andcontrols.

Defineand implement reward and recognition schemes that are appropriate to thedistinct channels and which promote high performance 

Provide disciplined andempathetic performance management by communicating clear objectives andbehavioural expectations and clear and regular feedback

Ensure sales force to receivefirst rate training in strategic selling techniques, product information,marketing messages and competitor positioning. 

Working with the Categoryteam for Kitchen Channel and property developers, define tiered product ranges,identify specific product requirements and manage pricing strategy. 

Monitor competitoractivity in the field and, working with Brand Marketing Team, formulatedifferentiated marketing and positioning messages and develop sales tools .

Working with Supply Chainteam, ensure that customer service levels of the related channels are clearlydefined and met

Working with CustomerService team to ensure that the installation and after sales service levels ofthe related channels are clearly defined and delivered.
