PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Plans, directs and manages HongKong IT division in order to ensure the development and implementation of cost-effective systems and efficient computer/network operations to meet current and future organizational needs.
To interface with senior executives and ensure end user satisfaction
To manage & coach a team of staffs in HK office to ensure IT services are delivered according to SLA
To track IT operation performance and drive continuous improvements
Establishes IT policies, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources.
Manages and directs computer/network operation, web services and performs other technical work as necessary to achieve planned objectives.

Responsible to coordinate with implementation managers, site managers, and corporate resources to fulfill customer business requirements within the estimated budget and time constraints.

Expected to routinely give presentations to customers and Flextronics managers on the IT capabilities of Flextronics.

Expected to routinely give status updates to customers and Flextronics management regarding the status of customer integration projects.

Perform other customer focused duties as directed by the IT Segement Leader. This position requires the ability to work with multiple customers, IT Segment Leaders, and Flextronics business organizations at the same time in a Program Management capacity.

PRINCIPLE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, management or commensurate experience
At least 8 year’ relevant experience in managing information systems & IT project management
Strong management & communication skill is a must
Solid project management skills
Solid Knowledge in IT infrastructure & system support
Fluency in English is a must
Knowledge of information systems industry and technology
Ability to develop standards, procedures, control mechanisms and documentation for information systems
Ability to establish and maintain credibility; ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communication
Ability to do operational and strategic planning
