JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述：
1.Study new green refrigerants and apply it in product.
2.Compare new refrigerants cost with current R410a system.
3.Track and study advance development of the world, to give out suggestion for decision.

QUALIFICATIONS 职位要求：
1.Master in refrigeration area.
2.Proficient about refrigerant, such as R290, R117, CO2.
3.Good Knowledge about compressor, refrigeration system.
4.Experience with testing about R290, and published study paper is preferred.
5.Good communication in English.
6.Good team work capability;
