PRIMARY FUNCTION:
l        Achieve sales strategy of assigned products in assigned region
l        Regional branch management
l        Distribution network management
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
l        Establish / enhance distribution network for assigned region;
l        Work out a market development plan for assigned products and assigned region; , and comply with ISO14000 & ISO9000 standards;
l        Organize and supervise sales team to implement sales target and A/R collection;
l        Collect market information for strategic decision making;
l        Provide assistance to team members to improve individual performance;
l        Provide technical support to customers by products and selling skills;
l        Handle customer’s complaints and claims ;
l        Maintain existing customers by regular visiting;
l        Explore and foster new customers;
l        Control sales team’s expenses according to the budget;
l        Evaluate subordinates’ performance of assigned region;
l        Collaborate with channel management functions to achieve sales strategy.
