JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述：
1.       Lead team to develop new split AC platform, mainly indoor unit
2.       Develop inverter refrigeration system control logic.
3.       Track and study competitor new products, features.

QUALIFICATIONS 职位要求：
1.       Bachelor or above in refrigeration area.
2.       Proficient in split AC platform development
3.       Good Knowledge about compressor, DC inverter controller, control logic.
4.       Over 5~8 years experience on inverter split development, has experience work in Japan or JV company is a plus;
5.       Good communication in English.
6.       Good team work capability;
