Responsibilities:

    Apply and reinforce company’s HS&E rules and regulations among the whole department. Provide training programs to build and improve employees’ safety awareness.
    Housekeep 5S programs and maintain clean work environment.
    Implement and promote Company’s Production System.
    Just-In-Time/Lean production;
    Employees’ highly involvement and strong team work;
    Continuous improvement;
    Quality first.
    Ensure conformity to all internal quality systems & procedures.
    Control and reduce COPQ.
    Implement and maintain ISO9001 system.
    Make efforts for lean production, improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost.
    Recruit, train and develop personnel under your supervision.
    Perform additional duties assigned by department manager.

Requirements:

    Bachelor degree in chemical engineering.
    Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
    Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
    Result-oriented and teamwork.
