Job Requirement
·         5+ years system development experience on Windows 2000/2003 or Linux administration and TCP/IP Networking in large enterprise environment, including
·         u      Enterprise IT solution deployment, or
·         u      Enterprise company IT infrastructure administration, or
·         u      Enterprise networking troubleshooting
·         In-depth knowledge and skills on TCP/IP protocol. Router/switch management experience is preferred
·         Java/C/C++ programming
·         Strong problem troubleshooting skill-sets;
·         Good written and verbal communication skill in both Chinese and English is a must.
·         University Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
·         Self-motivated, hard working, willing to learn, creative and excellent communication skill
·         Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
·         Good ability to study
 
Job Responsibility
·         Provide the quick and accurate solutions to the problems from the customer and ensure high customer satisfaction;
·         Fix the bug found in the system;
·         Accurately document incidents, report customer suggestions and technical issues (bugs) to product development team
·         Determine the best approach for resolving technical issues that will yield the desired turn-around time and optimal customer solution that may involve writing code and utilizing debugging tools; Ability to writing technical articles;
·         Ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple customers
