工作职责:
Job Description:
-- 协助商务部于其他部门之间的沟通;
Assistant in communication between Commercial Department and other departments;
-- 安排商务部总监的行程,组织商务总监参与的活动或事情;
Arrange itinerary for Commercial Director-South China and organize visits and events which CD will participate;
-- 维持与当地政府部门的日常沟通,并代表商务总经理或公司高层参与必要的对外活动,确保公司对外形象;
Keep daily liaison with local government authorities and participate events on behalf of GM or company top management when necessary to ensure a proper company public image and an expedite information channel.
-- 负责其他日常的行政工作。
Manage part of administration work.
录用条件:
Job Requirements:
-- 大学本科毕业,英语相关专业;
University degree major in English or business;
-- 至少3年以上外企秘书/助理工作经验;
At least 3-years above experience as secretary in foreign company;
-- 精通英语听说读写;
Good command of English in speaking\writing\listening and reading;
-- 优秀的沟通能力及表达能力;
Good expression ability and communication skill;
-- 能承受工作压力。
Be able to work under pressure.
