Major Responsibilities
1.Execute the necessary plant daily maintenance work.
2.Involve plant all equipments installation and trial runs, hot commissioning.
3.Ensure HSE compliance in all parts of maintenance activities.
4.Scheduling, organization, control of plant maintenance program in term of efficiency of cost and time in order to ensure smooth operation.
5.Regular certification, inspection and test for all equipment and devices in compliance with laws, rules and company regulation.
6.Cost control and optimization in terms of spare parts management.
7.Isolation and re-energizing of electrical motive power to rotating, and reciprocating equipment, actuators and power outlets in accordance to given diagrams.
8.Installation and maintenance of electrical drives, batteries, emergency generators. Skilled in the use of measuring tools such as multi-meter, mega tester, insulation tester, voltage tester, etc.
9.Perform routine preventive maintenance of electrical equipment such as vibration checks, greasing, insulation integrity, resistance checks, etc.

Job Requirement
1.Bachelor or Masters degree in electrical engineering from reknowned university.
2.Work experience in relevant field in design and maintenance of E&I of at least 5 years.
3.Knowledge of electrical systems such as substations, transformers, MCC’s, digital variable speed drives such as Siemens Simovert or ABB masterdrive and electrical motors is required.  
4.Knowledge of digital plant automation structures such as Profibus DP.
5.Knowledge of Emerson Delta V Control Systems, Hima ESD Systems and Intergraph INtools CAE package is advantageous, but not mandatory.
6.Fluent in written and spoken English including technical English.
7.Knowledge of all relevant GB and IEC codes with regard to design and maintenance of electrical and instrument systems in chemical plants
8.Team player and communicative skills, leadership ability.
9.Excellent analyzing ability and structured working style.
10.Willingness to learn and enter into new working environment.
11.Able to work under pressure.
