Major Responsibilities

Plan, organize, schedule and control the production activities to meet the customer requirements and BMS quality standard, responsible for the “order to production”.
Lead and supervise the production operator team.
Manage, control and maintenance the production facilities in order to ensure an efficient, safe and optimal production.
Support production supervisor for production plan.  
Lead the development and implementation of analytical, data based problem solving methodology, and ensure it is consistently applied to production processes
Conduct HSE regulation in day to day operation, full in charge of ensuring operation compliant to Bayer Group and government HSE standard and regulations.
Evaluate and realize new production processes and projects including plant modification
Supervise production operation is completely in line with custom regulation.
Be responsible for waste material management in production area.
Other Ad hoc job assigned by management based on reality needs.


Job Requirement
Education major in chemical engineering, chemical processing;
Move than 8 years in petro-chemical or fine chemical  or polyurethane industry
About 3 years being on the position of production management .
ISO 9001/ 14001 management experience is nice to have
Knowledge of polyurethane system material and industry if preferred
Communicate in English both written and oral professionally. 

Must be willing to at times take on extra responsibilities to provide intensive support to projects
Solution and problem solving oriented mindset
Accurate and efficient, especially working in a complex environment
Desire/willingness to take initiatives to do more than is assigned
Able to handle frequent changes with positive attitude
Must be able to set priorities and work under pressure
Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Willingness to travel occasionally
