Major Responsibilities
Maintain site HSE management frame, include developing HSE plan, handbook, procedures etc.
Perform site HSE supervision; ensure employees understand company’s HSE policy.
Periodically monitor plant HSE performance, analyze and provide improvement recommendations to HSE site management.
Facilitates and provides HSE training and programs for all employees to ensure the full compliance. 
Support the development and maintenance of Emergency Response procedure and drilling plan.
Maintain incident management system, participate incident investigation, develop and validate prevention measure.
Maintain site HSE regulation system such as related internal and external regulations and guidelines update.
Update licenses and permits HSE related.
Support other departments and colleagues on HSE technical / skills.
Other Ad hoc job assigned by management based on reality needs.

Job Requirement
Bachelor degree from formal college or university, with major of chemical or mechanical.
Oral and written communication in English.
More than three years HSE working experience
Have chemical operation background is a plus
Must be willing to at times take on extra responsibilities to provide intensive support to colleagues
Solution and problem solving oriented mindset

Quick learner, accurate and efficient, especially working in a complex environment
Desire/willingness to take initiatives to do more than is assigned
Able to handle frequent changes with positive attitude
Must be able to set priorities and work under pressure
