MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and monitor auto lamps aftermarket network performance in the area to ensure Our short and long-term objectives are met.
- Dealer target setting
- Responsibility for planning and delivering monthly and annual sales targets (retail and wholesale).
- Co-design and implement regional activities to improve sales performance and expand sales network.
- Ensuring the quality and quantity of dealer activities to achieve the required results.
- Ensures sales staffs comply with company strategy
- Manage the budget, activity and advertising, allocated to the area in the best possible manner to ensure highest possible impact in achievements
- Coordination with Marketing, Planning and distribution and Network Development department related to relevant programmes for their specific region.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- Min. 5 years sales experience, thereof at least 3 years in managerial position
- Sales experience in auto compoment field preferred
- Multinational company background preferred
- University graduate or above
- Preferrably with technical background
- Different Channel Sales development
- Sales team management
- Internally deal with related departments in form of e-mail, phone call and memo
- Externally deal with customers in form of e-mail, phone call, fax, letter and meeting
