Major Responsibilities主要职责

1.Lead a 4-person team and demonstrate proper leadership to team members. Plan the overall HESQ targets of the site/plants and work objectives for the team.
2.Interpret all internal & external regulations to the organization and establish site HSE and Q- guidelines and procedures based on and linked to the BMS Integrated Management System, including but not limited to emergency response, incident notification, incident handling, annual safety drill, and so on.
3.Ensure all HSE related permits, licenses are centrally managed, well monitored for its extension or renewal
4.Ensure all Bayer internal regulations, policies, directives, best practices on various safety categories like, process & work safety, product safety, logistics safety, chemical substance registration, etc. are well executed
5.Well maintain all HSE related reports, including reporting of all incidents, near-hits, RCA 
6.Coordinate and cause all relevant depts to establish proper working documentation.  Maintain the central document database.  
7.Budget all HSEQ related expenses
8.Conduct regular HSEQ related internal audits/self assessments (quality, safety, etc.) in all plants of the site as well as at contractors and vendors in order to prove compliance towards all applicable internal and external requirements and standards ( ISO, ASTM, GMP etc) 
9.Determine  training needs  and conduct or organize HSEQ related trainings to all employees within the organization
10.Monitoring the Complaint situation of the site, participating in Complaint meetings, support the plants in finding the deep  root cause and defining sustainable corrective actions

Education, Qualifications and Skills教育，资质和技能
•University degree or above with major in chemical HSE, or chemistry, chemical engineering
•Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in multinational companies in HSEQ related function with people management experience
•Extensive knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001, as well as in quality tools like SQC, SPC, FMEA, RCA, Pareto, Ishikawa
•Working knowledge in GMP
•Working knowledge in  production of technical thermoplasts and thermoplastic testing
•Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power-point and database (e.g. SAP)
•Good written and spoken English, mandarin.
