TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensure timely and quality reporting needed for both internal and external purposes, including but not limited to 1) local Opco meeting, local Monthly review meeting, EMB Steercom meeting, Project Asia, other reporting & presentations assigned; 2) reporting on competitors and market; 3) reporting on strategic and important projects
-As one face interface with GPS 1) first to screen and then to ensure flow of market info into EMB team; 2) join all GPS market related meetings especially those related directly to ABP and WBC; 3) generate least 10 sales leads which will be qualified for GO decision
-Propose potential partners in relation to China development plan, screen and conduct initial appraisal, and create related documents including EWP

-Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills. 
-Strong oral and written communication skills. 
-Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills. 
-Experience leading a virtual team, demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. 
-Strong presentation skills. 
-Good Knowledge of control system technologies and power industry

Experience
-Experience in business development and marketing in the region 
-Working experience within multinationals a plus

Education
-Master of Business Administration with engineering background in Electronics, Automation, Computer Systems or Electrical engineering.
-Fluency in English
