Major Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies to optimize growth, market share and profitability to meet or exceed BMS Short and long-term business objectives for Japanese transplants set by RBS Country Head.
- Work closely and seamlessly with Japan PCS team for information sharing and implementation of transplant business.
- Actively promoting BMS products to existing and new customers (projects), applications and industries. Find new market opportunities.
- Lead the respective sales team efficiently to achieve the above business targets. Ensure expenses are within budget and efficient flow of market information and business reports to RBS Country Head and other internal teams.
- Implement pricing strategies of products sold to the industry within the agreed limits provided by RBS Country Head. Provide accurate sales forecast and take care of customers’ payment.
- Support RBS on marketing activities when requested.
 
 
Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 8 years sales and marketing experiences preferably in IT industry-
- Fluency in spoken / written Japanese，English and Mandarin
- Bachelor Degree in technical or business discipline
- Creativity/Initiative and implement of sales strategies and plan
- Sound knowledge in customers, competitive products, applications and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels internally and externally
- Can work under pressure.
