职位描述：

1) Equipment Preventive Maintenance-     

Perform preventive maintenance to improve performance of all equipments      

and reduce breakdown

2)Equipment Repair-    

Conduct troubleshooting to enhance maintenance performance efficiently

3)Spare parts management-     Spare parts requirement-     Outgoing records-     

Parts stock-     Proper inventory level  

4) Carry out inspections and maintenance program.-    

Participate writing and implement inspections and maintenance program for all equipments 

5)  Seeking mechanical suppliers-    To save maintenance costs, it’s necessary to 

find a good supplier to provide parts with good quality and lower price in time.

6)Training-     Provide training on operators to improve their skills of basic machinery       

maintenance

7)  Technology support-         New equipment installing and trial-    Provide technological 

support for troubleshooting and modification of      equipment or jig and fixtures etc.

8)  Tooling management.-     Tooling repair and preventive maintenance-     Tooling parts management

9）Department daily management

A. University or above

B. Major in mechanical or electrical

C. More than 10 years in related position

D. May read and write EnglishE. Man.F. Work hard and team working
