MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement the strategy set by channel in the assigned region;

Manage mirgration of OEM customers and Key accounts；

Collect market information for strategic decision making;

Provide technical support to customers by products and selling skills;

Handle customer’s complaints and claims；

Maintain existing customers by regular visits;

Explore and foster new customers;

Organize and supervise sales team to implement sales target and A/R collection;

 Provide coach & guidance to team members to improve individual performance;

 Evaluate the subordinates’ performance  RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Min. 5 years sales experience, thereof at least 2 years in managerial postionl         

Multinational company background perferredl         

Sales experience in lighting field preferred  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

University graduate or abovel         

Preferrably with lighting background or technical background  COMPLEXITY OF POSITION

Cross Cultural Collaboration
